Hossein Hosseinkhani（経歴1、経歴2（写し）、生体材料）国立台湾科技大学副教授、元京都大学院生、田畑泰彦（Yasuhiko Tabata、経歴、不正発覚時57歳、生体材料等）京都大学再生医科学研究所生体組織工学研究部門生体材料学分野教授の2論文が不正のため強制撤回された。田畑泰彦らの論文撤回は合計5報。

この博士論文は山中伸弥氏が審査員。
Mohsen Hosseinkhaniはなんと米Mount Sinai Medical Centerを解雇された後に同センターに2度侵入し価値のある材料を窃盗[1]。さらに実験用マウスの名前タグを交換して研究を妨害した[1]。この罪で刑事告発された[1]。さらにMohsen Hosseinkhaniは当局にパスポートを没収されたのにイランへ逃げた[2]。必然的に密出入国。Mohsen Hosseinkhaniに逮捕状が出された[2]。
Mohsen Hosseinkhaniは悪質な犯罪者。Hossein Hosseinkhaniとどういう関係だろう？兄弟、親類？Mohsen Hosseinkhaniも倫理意識がない。犯罪や米国の病院を解雇された事と博士論文の件は全く関係ないが、余りの倫理意識のなさから大丈夫かと思う。
